Lyndel has a BAppSc in Occupational Therapy and has been a member of the ISB since 2003. She worked with International China Concern in China for 6 years and was responsible for establishing the therapy department as well as training Chinese employees in rehabilitation principles and techniques. Lyndel makes regular visits to China and continues to provide training for ICC’s therapists.
Now living in Melbourne, Australia, Lyndel is married to Adrian and has one daughter and four step-children.
Richard has an MBA from Harvard Business School with considerable experience in international private banking. He has been a member of the ISB since 2003, and was board chair from 2008-2011.
Based in Hong Kong, Richard is married to Helen and has two daughters.
Gordon is a retired businessman from Australia, bringing a strong background in strategic planning and business development to the ISB. He was also part of starting two charitable foundations in Australia, providing strategic direction and leadership to them both. His experience in both the business and not for profit realms benefits ICC, providing sound advice and wisdom to its leadership teams.
Gordon lives in Melbourne with his wife of more than 40 years. They have four children and ten grandchildren.
Thomas is Missions Pastor of Agape Baptist Church in Singapore. Prior to this, he served as Senior Pastor of His Sanctuary Church. Thomas graduated from the School of Pastoral Ministry at Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas.
Ordained as a minister in 1991, Thomas has served in different capacities in the local church and as a missionary in the Philippines. Along with his pastoral heart and field experience, Thomas brings a passion for people with special needs to his service as a member of the ISB.
Sue Munday is an occupational therapist based in the UK. She joined ICC on as a full time volunteer in 1998, based in Changsha. Sue headed up the therapy department and helped to pioneer the group homes that are still at the core of ICC’s work in that city today. Her front line work in China and the UK, professional expertise and dedication to the work of ICC has made her a natural part of the ISB.
Since leaving China to return to the UK in 2007, she has continued to volunteer with ICC as well as work at the Child Development Centre in Portsmouth.
Dale brings a strong background in business and a passion for missions work to the ISB. He is an executive with Kolcraft, an international furniture manufacturing company, and he manages all aspects of the operations in Asia.
Originally from the USA, Dale makes his home in Hong Kong with his wife and four children and they are involved in their church, including a deep commitment to missions and training youth people to be leaders of the future.
