Richard is the International Administration Director, leading a small team in Morpeth covering Sponsorship, China Teams and Finance. He has known David Gotts since 1993 and visited Changsha right at the very beginning of ICC. He holds a BA in Economics from York University and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. In 2002 he left his post as the CEO of a crime prevention charity to work full time with ICC.
Richard and his wife Fiona are based in the UK and have two daughters.
Sam is the Director of Communications, heading up the Communications Department in Canada. He’s responsible for developing and coordinating ICC’s internal and external communications with the goal of raising the profile of the organization and the important work it does.
Sam joined ICC after spending more than 15 years in business, primarily in marketing and communications. His experience also includes having worked in such diverse fields as banking, newspapers, high tech start-ups and politics.
Sam lives in the Vancouver area with his wife, Lana.
Susanna is the Pastoral Care Director based in Hong Kong. She has a BA in English and History and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Queensland. Her early years were spent with her family in Papua New Guinea and she has a passion to encourage and strengthen those who have committed to full time service with ICC.
Susanna is married to Glen and they have four children.
Terry brings his strong pastoral heart and experience to his role in the Pastoral Care Dept. in ICC. He has been associated with ICC for many years serving as a member of the ISB. He is a former pastor and a graduate of the Fuller School of World Missions with a double major in Intercultural Communications and Leadership Development. Through his business, Coach House Asia, he is widely respected as a world-class trainer, executive coach and communicator.
Based in Singapore, Terry is married to Rose.
Jannene is the Deputy Executive Director and International Operations Director for ICC based in Australia. She first heard of the work of ICC through being involved in missions at her local church and she participated in her first short term team to China late in 1999. With a heart to see the needs of the children met through mobilising volunteers, she began using her background in Human Resources to facilitate the processing of field applicants.
Jannene is married to John and has two daughters.
Michelle is the Director of Development, North America & Europe based in Canada, responsible for major donors in Canada, the USA, the UK and Europe.
She comes to ICC from various marketing and development roles with charities and businesses. Most recently she was with a work/travel exchange company where she specialized in employer development and recruitment as well as marketing. Creating strong relationships with partners is an essential part of her skill set and she bring that to her work with ICC.
She lives with her husband, J.P., in Vancouver.
